"Mrs. Lincoln" is designed over a beautiful soft black wool hat base. The front of the hat is accented with organza and satin black millinery roses. The hat band is black silk. The crown has beautiful black ostrich feathers billowing over it...dainty black French style beads accent the hat brim and a black silk bow accents the back.
