My hats are designed for Victorian, Civil War, Edwardian, Titanic and Roaring Twenties re-enactment, tea hats for parties as well as church. "Madame Ronda" is designed over a beautiful navy blue wool hat base. The edge of the brim and the crown are trimmed with navy blue satin. A beautiful midnight blue rose and navy blue satin accents adorn the hat. The brim of the hat can be worn either up or down...however you prefer. This darling hat is perfect for a flapper party, tea party, church or to wear with your winter coat.
