"Madame Ronda" is designed over a beautiful black wool hat base. The edge of the brim and the crown are trimmed with black satin. A beautiful white rose and black satin accents adorn the hat. The brim of the hat can be worn either up or down...however you prefer. This darling hat is perfect for a flapper party, tea party, church or to wear with your winter coat.
