"Mrs. Lincoln" is designed over a beautiful soft black wool hat base. The front and back of the hat are accented with organza and satin black millinery roses. The hat band is black silk. The crown has beautiful black ostrich feathers billowing over it...dainty black French style beads accent the hat brim and a double black tulle veil edged with black satin ribbon cascades down the back. *For no extra charge, the veiling can be floor length...just email when you order your hat.
